Crowley IP VPN MAxVoice is a professional service providing efficient and secure communication of voice and data to multi-branch companies.

Crowley IP VPN Max service offers the User’s data transmission between specified locations with use of QoS mechanisms (Quality of Service) in IP/MPLS Crowley network. IP VPN MaxVoice service provides three classes of traffic. Apart from Standard and Premium classes, designed for regular IP applications and critical business applications, the service offers Priority class designed for real time application for VoIP traffic transfer. Priority class is operated with the highest priority (offering the highest service quality). The remaining capacity is dynamically segmented between Premium and Standard classes for data and Internet transmission. The band segmentation on access links (between Customer Premise Equipment [CPE]at the Customer’s and border routers in Crowley network) is defined in accordance with the Customer’s needs.

The service comes with SLA guarantee. The Customer can also select an option of management of Customer Premise Equipment [CPE]in his/her locations and IPVPN Internet.

Increase of the Internet traffic above the estimated minimum (e.g. 20%) is only possible in case of lower traffic in Priority and Premium classes. As a result critical corporation data or voice conversations (VoIP) are not jammed even upon maximum saturation of an access link with traffic.

IP VPN voice integration.
Crowley IP VPN MaxVoice service allows the Customer to make free calls between the company branches. The Customer can also use phone calls outcoming from all IP VPN locations to PSTN networks (local, international, mobile, to 0-80x intelligent network services, to abbreviated numbers, emergency numbers, information numbers, Internet dial-up etc.). Crowley offers its own number ranges: for calls in IP VPN MaxVoice networks- abbreviated 1-6-digit numbers, for realization of outcoming calls and answering incoming calls - 9-digit public numbers (free of charge*!).
