A New Direction in the Crowley Data Poland Strategy
As a part of their new strategy, Crowley Data Poland intends to approach the top business sector offering services based on the currently implemented innovative tele-IT infrastructure using an LMDS technology with a 28 MHz bandwidth and a 64 QAM changing automatically depending on the weather conditions. It will be installed in 6 major locations covering largest Polish cities. New products, such as 10Gbps tailor-made value added voice services, or additional SLA guarantees will be added to the Crowley’s service portfolio.
This new strategy has brought Crowley Data Poland first success - Procter & Gamble and KPMG in Poland chose the new offer. An agreement with Procter & Gamble provided for configuring ISDN PRA tracts to serve voice services for international calls, while, KPMG ordered a WAN using the MPLS technology connecting the Warsaw office with regional ones.
„During the economic slump we all, including the largest international corporations, realized a dynamic development of telecommunications services may contribute to lowering operational costs. – said Dariusz Terlecki, the Commercial Director and the Member of Management Board of Crowley Data Poland – „Public customers have recognized the quality of our services; now, we intend to enter the market of the largest players and to offer secure solutions capable of generating savings.”
The new, completed strategy caused structural changes in the Key Account Department, which grew larger with the new group of top specialists enjoying a long-term experience on the domestic telecommunication market.
